Where do we begin?

Where do we begin? We were referred to Ricky by a trusted friend in VA (word travels) and, at first, we were just coming down to Savannah to get to know the area. It said a lot about the investment he was willing to make in forming a relationship to agree to take us around "just to get a feel". Ricky's knowledge of the greater Savannah area helped us navigate a process that we hadn't gone through in decades. While we did end up buying one of the houses we visited on that first trip, it was everything that Ricky did before and after that stood out. Excellent advice, trustworthy connections, shrewd negotiation, and best of all friendship. Whenever we hear of someone looking in the area, we are quick to share Ricky's contact information!

Ricky did an amazing job selling our house. If there was something that needed to be done he took it upon himself to get it done. Even cleaning the pine needles out of the gutters!! He took the time to keep us well informed and gave us the best strategy to sell quickly given the market we were in. In the end the sale went through without any issues and right at asking price. The entire process from start to finish was so simple because of him. It isn’t just the buying/selling but as first time homeowners he helped connect us with painters or plumbers (he knows everyone)!
