Where do we begin? We were referred to Ricky by a trusted friend in VA (word travels) and, at first, we were just coming down to Savannah to get to know the area. It said a lot about the investment he was willing to make in forming a relationship to agree to take us around "just to get a feel". Ricky's knowledge of the greater Savannah area helped us navigate a process that we hadn't gone through in decades. While we did end up buying one of the houses we visited on that first trip, it was everything that Ricky did before and after that stood out.
