Ricky Eilerman is the owner and associate broker of Coast & Country Real Estate Experts, helping buyers, sellers, investors and relocating families throughout Springfield, Rincon, Guyton, Effingham County, Savannah and Coastal Georgia. He also serves clients in Pooler, Statesboro and communities surrounding Fort Stewart and Hunter Army Airfield. Coast & Country also serves clients in South Carolina. For Ricky, Springfield and Effingham County are more than places on a map—they are home. He lives in Springfield, has children in the local school system and currently serves as Mayor of Springfield. His involvement in the community has given him firsthand knowledge of local neighborhoods, schools, development, infrastructure and the issues that matter to the people who live and invest here. Ricky is also the owner of Blush, a restaurant in downtown Springfield, and personally led the renovation of the historic building that houses Coast & Country Real Estate Experts. As the owner of a short-term vacation rental portfolio, he understands real estate from several perspectives: homeowner, investor, landlord, renovator, business owner and community leader. That practical experience allows him to help clients look beyond a property’s appearance and consider its potential, location, marketability and long-term value. A U.S. Army veteran and former firefighter, Ricky built his career around service, honesty, calm decision-making and clear communication. Since entering real estate in 2016, he has helped clients purchase and sell first homes, acreage and homestead properties, luxury and one-of-a-kind homes, investment properties, short-term rentals and homes connected to military and corporate relocations. Ricky is known for giving honest pricing advice—even when the truth is not the easiest answer—along with hands-on property preparation and aggressive digital marketing. His marketing may include professional photography, drone video, property tours, targeted social media campaigns, online search exposure and placement through both Georgia MLS and the Savannah-area MLS network. Clients work directly with Ricky from the first conversation through closing.
